This care uses essential oils collected from plants for the purpose of physical care and improvement of stress-induced disorders . The components of essential oils permeate the body via two routes. One goes from the nose to the brain, and the other goes from the skin to the blood vessels and goes around the whole body.
After counseling, the International Aroma Therapist Federation (IFA) qualified therapist will perform blending and treatment according to the client's mental and body condition.

(Body) Fatigue recovery, tension relief, pain relief, fatigue substance purification, injury prevention, muscle flexibility recovery, blood flow promotion, etc.
(Mental) Autonomic nervous system adjustment, continuous improvement of concentration, tension relief, refreshment, stress care, etc.

Special Package of Japanese Essential Oils
This treatment uses only essential oils collected from Japanese forest trees, plants and fruits.
Essential oils: Hinoki (Yoshino), Hiba (Aomori), Lavender (Furano/Hokkaido), Buntan (Tosa), Yuzu Mizuo (Kyoto), Ginger (Kochi), Japanese Mint (Hokkaido), etc.

<Aroma spray making> You will make a your own aroma spray using natural Japanese essential oils to take home.

The price (starting from 700 yen) varies depending on the item.
